Dataset Period
Specifies the date and time constraints of the interactions included in the dataset. The Start Time is the earliest date and time an interaction must have occurred to be included. The default Start Time is the date the data began. The End Time is the latest date and time an interaction must occur. The default End Time is 10 years from today. Start Time and End Time can be a past, present, or future date and time, but the End Time must be after the Start Time.

If you do not want to specify a static date range, you can also select a rolling time frame. This ensures that you will have continually updated datasets that don't expire. Click Start Time and select last 30 days, last 60 days, or last 90 days from the drop down. Select Real Time as the End Time.

Add Criteria

You can filter the interactions in the datasetClosed Set of parsed interaction transcripts that spans a specific period of time and match your specified filter criteria. to include or exclude certain words or phrases. You can leave these fields blank to include all interactions in the specified Time Period.

To enter a keyword, or single word, click Add Criteria and begin typing the word, then press [Enter]; for example, Longbourn. To enter a phrase, type the phrase, and close with another double quote; for example, "Rosings Park". Once the keyword or phrase is entered, you can use the proximity drop-down on the right to configure whether it needs to be an exact match to what you entered or a variation of what you entered. If you choose to match with variations it would return variations of that word. For example if you enter activate, it could return interactions that include activate, activates, activating, activated, and so on.

In addition to manually typed keywords, phrases, and entities, you can also add pre-configured tags to the fields and configure them to meet your needs, including Sentiment, Metric, Frustrated, and Unresolved.

All of These
All keywords and phrasesClosed Combination of words that have special significance when used together in a specified order, such as "want to cancel". entered in this field must appear in an interaction for Interaction Analytics to include that interaction in the dataset. The field assumes an AND relationship between all keywords and phrases.
At Least One of These

Only one of the keywords or phrases entered in this field must appear in an interaction for Interaction Analytics to include that interaction in the dataset. You can create multiple instances of this field by pressing the plus (+) button. Each field assumes an OR relationship between keywords and phrases within it; however, each instance of the field assumes an AND relationship with the others.

For example, if one At Least One of These fields contained keywords 'Longbourn' and 'Bennett' and another contained keywords 'Netherfield' and 'Bingley', then the dataset would only include interactions that contain either Longbourn or Bennett, and either Netherfield or Bingley. Interactions containing a combination of the words Lonbourne and Netherfield, Longbourn and Bingley, Bennett and Netherfield, and Bennett and Bingley would be included in the dataset.

None of These
Interactions that contain any one of the keywords or phrases entered in this field are not included in the dataset.
