Current Hold Times

The Current Hold Times module displays a chart showing current agent names and hold minutes.

Run the Current Hold Times Module

1. Click +Add Modules in the side-menu and select Current Hold Times.
2. Select the settings you want to apply to the module if you want to display data different than the dashboard filter.
3. Click Apply to run the module under your configured settings.
