Connect the CXone Agent for Chromium Browsers with Your CRM

An administrator must make the connection between CXone (and all of the agent accounts) with your CRM, which is done in the Company Settings tab of the CXone Console.

Agents can add the Agent extension to their own workstation's Chrome browser.

  1. In the CXone Console, click the Company Settings tab.
  2. Click the CRM tab.
  3. Select your CRM from the first drop-down.
  4. Enter the Hostname for your CRM instance, and the Username and Password for the designated administrator service user account.
  5. Click Save.
  6. While still within the Company Settings tab, click the Phone System tab.
  7. If NICE CXone is not already selected in the first drop-down, select it.
  8. Select User Hub in the Authentication Type field.
  9. Enter the Access Key ID that your implementation representative provided you.
  10. Enter the Access Secret that your implementation representative provided you.
  11. Enter the appropriate URL for your Authentication Host. Contact your representative for more information. You must enter one of the following URLs based on your region:
    • na1.nice-incontact.com
    • eu1.nice-incontact.com
    • au1.nice-incontact.com
  12. Click Save.
