Generate a New Secure External Access Key

If you forget your Secure External Access (SEA) ID and key, you need to generate a new one. Generating a new ID and key renders the old pair invalid. All files in SEA can only be accessed through the new ID and key pair you generate.

Custom Storage Configuration
  1. Click the app selector and select Admin.
  2. Click Cloud Storage >  Storage Settings.
  4. Click Edit.

  5. Click Generate New Key. You have 60 seconds to do so. If you do not click Generate New Key before the time limit, click Edit again.

    Details
    File Location The path to the secure external access location assigned to your tenant.
    Access Key ID The unique ID associated with your access key to the location, generated when you click Generate Key.
    Secret Access Key The access key to the location, generated when you click Generate New Key.
  6. Click Yes in the confirmation window.
  7. Copy the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key as needed.
  8. Once you have retrieved stored files and added them to the SEA file location, you can Access Files from SEA.
