Schedule Meetings
In addition to scheduling activities for your employees directly within their schedules, you can also schedule meetings or other activities for multiple employees at the same time using the WFM Meeting Scheduler.
To schedule a meeting:

Click the app selector
and select WFM.

Click Schedule Manager.

Click Settings
and select Meeting Scheduler.

Choose how the meeting will be scheduled:
- Fixed time—you define the exact date and time the meeting will take place.
- Flexible time—you define a date range. The scheduler will send meeting invites to each employee within that time range. The meeting will be scheduled based on the most convenient time for them to be offline.

Select the Activity to display in the employee's schedule, and set the Duration.

For Fixed time meetings, choose the Date and Time for the meeting, and define the Time Zone.
If an employee has another activity set up at the meeting time, the activity will be overwritten by the meeting.
For Flexible time meetings, choose a date range and define how many employees can be scheduled for the same time slot simultaneously.

You can add a Comment for your employees. This comment will appear in the scheduled meeting they receive.

Click Add Employees and select the employees you are creating the meeting for.

Click Schedule.
The meeting will appear in the employees' schedules.
Keep in mind, employees who have time off, or employees without a shift scheduled during the meeting time/time range, will not be added to the meeting.
