Export Schedules or Net Staffing

Exporting schedules or net staffing is done in the Schedule Manager

You can export schedule data for several scheduling units or a single agent. You can export net staffing data for several scheduling units. Access both export options from the settings icon in the Schedule Manager. The data is exported as a CSV file.

Export Schedules

  1. Click the app selector and select WFM.

  2. Click Schedule Manager.

  3. Click the settings icon and select Export.

  4. In the Schedule Export tab, select Scheduling Units or Agent, and make your selection from the drop-down list.

  5. Define the a Start date. The Schedule Manager will export the schedule data beginning from that date.

  6. Select the range of data to export. You can choose to export data for 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks after your start date.

  7. Click Download.

    The schedule data is exported to a CSV file and downloaded to your computer.

Export Net Staffing

Exporting net staffing lets you easily review your organization's net staffing at the interval level, over a single day or a single week.

  1. Click the app selector and select WFM.

  2. Click Schedule Manager.

  3. Click the settings icon and select Export.

  4. From the Net Staffing Export tab, select the Scheduling Units whose net staffing data you want to export.

  5. Define the Start date. The Schedule Manager will export the schedule data beginning from that date.

  6. Select the range of data to export. You can choose to export data for 1 day or 1 week after your start date.

  7. Click Download.

    The net staffing data is exported to a CSV file and downloaded to your computer.
