Supported Script Types
Properties
Property | Details |
---|---|
String | The string you want to insert, search, or parse. This property supports variable substitution. If this value is a variable, rather than the literal string value, use curly brackets {}. |
Delimiter | The character that will be used to separate each property. The default delimiter is a pipe character (|). |
FieldIndex | An index of the property to be removed, starting with 1. |
ResultVar | The variable name that is created and holds returned information. For example, if the contact enters their account number as 123456, then the variable holds 123456. |
Branches
Branch | Details |

Default |
Path taken unless the script meets a condition that requires it to take one of the other branches. It is also taken if the other branches are not defined. |
Tips & Tricks
- Remfield treats strings the same as Field, but instead of reading the string, Remfield removes a member from the string, for example:
- String: one,two,three,four,five,six
- Delimiter: ,
- Field Index: 3
- Result Var: newString
- The variable, newString, now would contain: one, two, four, five, six.
