Ontransfer

Activates when a contact enters a "transferred" state. This can be any kind of transfer, for example, to an outside number or another skill. When a user is tracing a script in Studio, they will see the Ontransfer event trigger when the contact is transferred (the agent clicks the Transfer button). |
