Configured Stations Report

The Configured Stations Reports lists the stations that are currently configured to handle calls.

In order to handle calls through the platform, a connection must be established between the platform and the agent's phone. Each station is assigned a globally unique number called a StationID. This report provides a quick high-level view of all stations and information corresponding to each station.

Phone Number | Workstation Phone Number |
Caller ID | Caller ID assigned to the workstation |
Station Timeout | The length of time the station has been logged off the system |
Last Login | The last time an agent logged into the system from the workstation |
