SMS Transcripts Data Download Report

The SMS Transcripts data download report displays a transcript of text messages that includes the source of the message and the date and time the message was sent.

Columns

contactId	The unique, system-generated ID of the contact interaction.
from	Identifies the agent or customer submitting the SMS message.
messageStart	The date and time the SMS message was sent.
messageBody	The content of a single message sent via SMS.
