List of Agents All Data Download Report

The List of Agents All data download report returns a list of all agents you can access, including basic information such as agent ID, name and email, last login, and so forth.

Columns

Agent_No	The unique, system-generated ID of the agent who handled the contact. If more than one agent handled the contact, it is the ID of the last agent to handle the contact.
Team_No	The unique, system-generated ID of the team to which the agent to which the last agent who handled the contact belongsbelongs.
First_Name	The first name of the agent. For commitments, the text entered in the First Name field by the agent.
Last_Name	The last name of the agent. For commitments, the text entered in the Last Name field by the agent.
Email	The email address of the agent.
Mod_DateTime	The date and time the profile was last modified. It follows the format MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM, military time.
Last_Login	The date and time the agent last logged in to the system. It follows the format MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM, military time.
