Custom Data Data Download Report

Required role: Admin

The Custom Data data download report displays all variables published by custom scripts. For example, if a script prompts a caller for an account number, the script can publish the variable with the ASSIGN action, and the variable name and value appear in this report.

Columns

Contact_ID	The unique, system-generated ID of the contact interaction.
Data_Name	The name of the variable the script published.
Data_Value	The value associated with the variable the script published for the contact. This field is limited to 400 characters.
