Create Email Templates
To create an email template, the feature must first be enabled on the Features page of the Console (console-crm.niceincontact.com). These email templates are templates that you can use in the agent application when responding to contacts. To create an email template:
- In the CXone Console, click Profile > Email Templates.
- Scroll down to find an available template and click Edit. The template will expand to display the standard fields of an email.
- Give the email a Subject, enter any email address that you want to CC (carbon copy) and BCC (blind carbon copy) onto any emails that use this template, then enter your desired message in the Body section.
- Click Save.
You are not required to enter a recipient (like in a standard email) because the recipient will be the contact with which a user is interacting in the agent application. Lastly, now that you have configured an email template, you can access the template when selecting the email icon in the agent interface.
