Client Connector
The Client Connector is a legacy Windows application that runs on the agent's computer alongside CXone. It runs extensions, written in .NET or C#, that perform actions in response to events in CXone. If you don't already run the Client Connector in your environment, use the NICE CXone APIs instead.
