Single Sign-On with NICE CXone as Identity Provider

Configure the Call Center File
- Click Setup in the upper right corner.
- Use the Search box to search for CallCenters, and then click Call Centers.

If the Say Hello to Salesforce Call Center screen appears, click Continue.

The user should be assigned to the NICE-inContact CXone call center in their profile, click Edit.

The CXone Authentication Server URL in the CXone Authentication Server field should be one of the following:

For CXone Users: https://cxone.niceincontact.com

For CXone Fedramp Users: https://cxone-gov.niceincontact.com

In the Tenant Location field, add the location that your tenant is located. The Tenent Location is case sensitive.

Click Save.

Instruct your agents to Log In to Single Sign-On.
