Set Up Auto Sync

When a user is added to ACD, Auto Sync checks if the email address is a match to a user in the partner system. If it is, it marks the user as Mapped and saves the mapping. If there are multiple matches or no match at all, it marks the user as Unmapped.

If a user is marked as Unmapped, but exists in both the ACD and partner systems, Auto Sync attempts the mapping again.

When a user is deleted in ACD, Auto Sync removes them from the user mapping list of Adapters. When a user is deleted in the partner system, it marks the user as Unmapped.

Auto Sync skips any users that are marked for not using Adapters.

  1. Click the app selector and select Adapters.

  2. In the left navigation menu, click Tenants.

  3. On the Tenants page, click the tenant for which you want to Auto Sync the user accounts.

  4. Click Auto Syncing and set up the schedule and frequency.

  5. Click Save.
